Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into IT strategies and roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technology-related needs within assigned business areas.
  • Capture, assess, and prioritise business requirements for IT services and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure solutions are technically feasible, secure, and aligned with group standards.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor IT performance and report on value delivery to stakeholders.
  • Support governance, compliance, and risk management processes across IT programmes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to align technology solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in IT strategy, business engagement, and technology delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical and functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project methodologies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or BCS Practitioner Certificate in IT Business Partnering.
