  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including revenue recognition and financial reporting
  • Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA) and/or equivalent experience

What the job involves

  • Lead financial strategy, long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts; translate business priorities into clear financial targets and guardrails
  • Own management reporting for leadership and (as applicable) the Board: P&L, cash flow, and performance analysis, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights
  • Drive capital efficiency and liquidity: oversee cash planning, treasury operations, and spending discipline
  • Strengthen accounting and close processes: ensure timely and accurate month-end close, audit readiness, and robust internal controls
  • Build and evolve a scalable finance function: establish structured processes, improve operating rigor, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Lead the development of the finance tech stack: drive ERP (e.g., NetSuite) implementation and automation initiatives to modernize finance operations
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, while maintaining a strong understanding of underlying financial data and processes
