Are you a Project Manager from a civil engineering, geotechnical, piling or foundations background looking to lead major infrastructure projects for a globally recognised contractor offering long term progression and an excellent package?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading geotechnical engineering specialist delivering complex infrastructure and foundation projects across Scotland. The company are known for delivering technically challenging work across major civil engineering environments and continue to grow across the UK.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of projects from tender handover through to completion, managing programme delivery, commercial performance, subcontractors, health and safety, and client relationships. The role will involve regular travel across Scottish sites with a base linked to the Bellshill office.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with experience delivering civil engineering, geotechnical, piling, or foundation engineering projects who is happy travelling across Scotland as part of the role.

The Role

  • Full project lifecycle management from initiation through to completion
  • Managing budgets, cost value reviews, and financial reporting
  • Resource planning including labour, plant, and subcontractors
  • Leading health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Regular travel across Scottish project sites with Bellshill office involvement
  • Excellent package including company car, medical cover, pension, and share scheme

The Person

  • Project Management experience within civil engineering or geotechnical projects
  • Knowledge of piling, foundations, or related infrastructure works
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Happy travelling across Scotland regularly
