A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor who is 5+ PQE to join its growing Sheffield-based team.

nThe Role

nYou will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

- Acquisitions and disposals nt
- Landlord and tenant matters nt
- Commercial leases nt
- Development and investment work nt
- Property finance and refinancing nt
- Asset management transactions n
You will work closely with a broad client base including SMEs, developers, investors and owner-managed businesses, providing practical and commercially focused advice throughout.

nThe role will also involve supporting business development initiatives, maintaining strong professional relationships and identifying opportunities to work collaboratively across the wider firm.
