Fella & Jones are exclusively partnered with a Menswear Luxury brand in their pursuit of finding an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the brand’s digital presence and growth.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations. This role requires a hands‑on approach with a strong focus on sales and revenue maximisation, and exceptional client experience. It couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing e‑commerce operations to maximise sales and revenue.
- Enhancing the client experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborating with external media agencies for PPC and paid social campaigns.
- Providing trend reporting and optimisation recommendations.
- Mapping a prospective pathway for long‑term performance.
- Responsible for daily sales reports and weekly & annual trade reports.
- Managing all online activity in relation to traffic, acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Tracking conversion rate, AOV & number of transactions across all territories as well as UX and UI improvements.
Ideally you will
- Have proven experience in e‑commerce and performance marketing.
- Be experienced with Shopify Plus.
- Have previous experience with external agencies.
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture team members.
- Have an analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
