  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards, holding SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Effective communicator, organised, and proactive
  • Willing to travel across Northern Ireland

What you'll do

  • Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations
  • Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly
  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish
