We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of installation projects across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, working closely with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
You will play a key role in coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and building strong relationships with customers, while gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of installation projects across multiple sites
- Manage day-to-day site activity to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor activity
- Carry out site surveys and assessments
- Assist with preparing quotes based on customer requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and specifications
- Monitor project progress and support margin performance
- Resolve site queries quickly and professionally
- Work closely with Customer Service and Project Administration to ensure smooth delivery
- Support the selection, training, and coordination of installation teams
- Ensure all health & safety standards and site compliance requirements are met
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be based within a commutable distance to our Milton Keynes office
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to be on-site
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly to challenges
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in project management, construction, or site-based operations
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required
