What you’ll be doing:
- Taking full responsibility for electrical project delivery from start through to handover
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Managing programme, costs, and quality without constant oversight
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
- Problem-solving on live projects (not just escalating everything upstream)
What you’ll need:
- Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E / building services
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Confidence dealing with clients and running meetings
