Northern Ireland Based | UK Travel Required (Max 23 Nights Per Week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction contractor delivering major projects across Northern Ireland and the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS looking to work on high-value projects across sectors including:

  • Commercial

  • Healthcare

  • Education

  • Industrial

  • Residential

  • Leisure & Sport

  • Refurbishment & Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

  • Full commercial management of projects from start to final account

  • Cost reporting and forecasting

  • Procurement and subcontractor management

  • Variations and valuations

  • Client and site team liaison

  • Managing project budgets and commercial risk

  • Supporting operational teams throughout project delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience working for a main contractor

  • Strong construction project experience

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

  • Full driving licence
