Production Supervisor – Fabrication
Location: Northern Ireland
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £18.00 per hour (DOE)

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor – Fabrication to oversee day-to-day fabrication operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining quality standards, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting team development within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication activities to ensure safe and efficient production output
Plan and monitor workflows to minimise downtime and maintain consistent throughput
Maintain high welding quality standards across all fabrication work
Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, fit-up and overall quality
Train, coach and support team members to improve skills and performance
Assist with onboarding and mentoring new fabrication staff
Oversee correct use and maintenance of jigs and fixtures for consistent output
Collaborate with management to resolve production issues and drive improvements
Promote strong health & safety practices and good housekeeping standards
About You
Proven experience within fabrication or a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of welding quality and fabrication standards
Practical knowledge of production workflows and process improvement
Ability to lead by example in a hands-on role
Strong communication and team leadership skills
