Production Manager – 60k – Co Antrim

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations and manage over 100 people, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective manufacturing while delivering high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to optimise efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste
• Lead, develop and engage the production team
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Monitor performance, control costs and report on KPIs

About You

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Effective people manager with a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of health & safety and quality systems
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budget
