- Own the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support the Finance Director & CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities
- Play a key role in M&A processes, including due diligence and integration
- Drive the professionalisation of financial systems, processes, and operations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
The Requirements:
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, including managing and developing a small team
- Strong technical grounding in financial controls, reporting, and operational finance
- Demonstrated experience in improving and professionalising finance systems and processes
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Exposure to Private Equity-backed businesses and/or M&A activity is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, Private Equity-backed business at a crucial stage in its lifecycle. The role offers significant exposure to strategic initiatives, including M&A and exit preparation, and provides a platform for a driven finance leader to make a tangible impact on the future success of the organisation.
