Long‑Term Temporary | Potential to Go Permanent

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1‑hour lunch break)

The Role

You will provide high‑quality administrative support across multiple teams, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive management of busy and time‑sensitive diaries
  • Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Managing competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Supporting teams in a pressured, changing corporate environment
  • Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels



Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Administrator within a corporate setting (banking, finance or insurance preferred)
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Dependable, detail‑focused and able to multi‑task effectively
  • Confident communicator
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • A strong team player who remains calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to support across multiple teams
  • Resourceful, using initiative to solve problems proactively
  • Discrete and trusted when handling confidential business matters
  • Friendly, polite and approachable, with a genuine “can‑do, muck‑in” attitude
