- 2 to 3EICR's per day (ability for more if it can be fit into the day)
- 8:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.
- NVQ Level 3
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- 18thedition
- Own vehicle and tools
- 2391 Testing and Inspecting
- Full UK driving license
