We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager who is passionate about creating impact for our Enterprise business within the Global Wise Platform team. This key role drives performance by collaborating with commercial leadership, finance, analytics, marketing and other cross‑functional teams to ensure the execution of our Go‑To‑Market strategy. It is a high‑impact, highly visible position within the newly formed Revenue Operations function, based in London with close collaboration with teams worldwide.

In this role, you will optimize revenue generation processes across our commercial teams for a high‑velocity business. You will leverage data, technology, automation, AI, and process improvements to enhance revenue operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making. You must be self‑driven, motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong background in revenue operations within a high‑growth fintech environment.
Your Mission
- Leverage regional insights to identify improvement and growth opportunities using data on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics.
- Lead revenue forecasting efforts, working closely with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely pipeline forecasting.
- Own forecasting accuracy and revenue attainment as a metric, driving changes that help us achieve our goals.
- Provide operational support and guidance for go‑to‑market teams, defining best practices and driving follow‑up rituals.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to identify blockers and implement solutions.
Qualifications
A bit about you
- Experience working in a high‑growth environment (startup or scaleup) in a build phase, comfortable with ambiguity.
- At least 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations or similar roles, closely partnering with commercial leadership.
- Solid understanding of enterprise forecasting methodologies and the ability to drive change through automation and tooling.
- A passion for optimisation with a proven record of continuously improving processes to create impact.
- A data‑driven analytical mindset focused on increasing efficiency within the sales cycle.
- Proficiency with CRMs, analytical tools, and experience with automation/AI workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Looker).
- Attention to detail, with the ability to get close to the sales process and identify high-impact investment areas.
- A proactive mindset, taking initiative to solve problems without waiting for others.
