Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

As PA to the Chief Executive, you will provide high‑level administrative, organisational, and strategic support, including:

  • Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CE’s time is prioritised effectively
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, briefings, and presentations
  • Preparing documents, reports, agendas, and meeting packs
  • Acting as a key liaison point between the CE and internal/external stakeholders
  • Arranging international and domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Supporting with board meetings, governance processes, and follow‑up actions
  • Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Providing wider support to leadership teams as needed
  • Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and fast‑paced working culture


About You

You will be a polished, confident, and highly organised PA with:

  • Proven experience supporting at senior leadership or executive level
  • Exceptional communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong written‑documentation skills
  • A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs ahead of time
  • Interest in climate, sustainability, policy, or purpose‑driven work (advantageous)
