Projects & Maintenance Administrator to support the Projects Team. This role reports to the Senior Projects Manager and is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of project and maintenance activities.

We Offer:

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Shifts: Mon- Fri

Contract: Permanent

About the Projects & Maintenance Administrator role:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects function
  • Overseeing new suppliers set up process
  • Collaborating closely with the accounts team to ensure any queries relating to the Projects team are resolved promptly
  • Handling incoming telephone calls or emails professionally and appropriately
  • Organise and process all incoming purchase invoices
  • Organising and maintaining departmental documentation
  • Assisting with coordination of projects, property maintenance and repairs
  • Placing orders with various suppliers; monitor and arrange deliveries
  • Keeping detailed records of company facilities and service history data

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
