Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting time for the agency. Due to business growth, we are looking for an established Account Director with a proven track record of campaign partnerships to join our growing client services team. If you are currently an Account Director working in partnerships within a creative / purpose‑led agency or a charity, we would love to hear from you. Working closely with senior team members, you will represent the face of 23red to clients, fostering trust and building agency credibility with stakeholders. You will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of key strategic solutions for clients, leading a consultative agency approach that challenges briefs and inspires clients. Partnerships experience is key, alongside delivering large‑scale integrated accounts. You will think strategically and creatively about how to partner a brand and an organisation to reach audiences and amplify campaign messages, present confidently, and sell‑in causes and purpose.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Forging partnerships by identifying and building productive collaborations with like‑minded organisations to amplify campaign messages.
  • Leading client management, pulling together project teams that may include experts from creative, PR and social media.
  • Delivering large‑scale integrated accounts, including paid media and partnerships.
  • Project‑managing creative campaigns with and for partners, including the development of creative concepts and oversight of production.
  • Presenting by writing and delivering engaging, thought‑provoking brief responses to clients.
  • Managing people, driving the output of the project team in an inspiring way to deliver the best client servicing, strategic output and creative briefs. Mentoring and nurturing junior talent is expected.
  • Commercially, keeping an eye on the larger picture, scoping client targets and deliverables, taking financial responsibility for client accounts, and overseeing financial forecasts.

The Right Candidate Will Have

  • Current experience at an Account Director level within a creative agency or in‑house.
  • Overarching knowledge of creative, PR and social.
  • Proven track record of building campaign partnerships that amplify messages.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale integrated accounts, including paid media and partnerships.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, management, organisational, research and numeracy skills, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Paprika.
