Hybrid – London and Birmingham

£600 – £800 per day inside IR35


Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies to deliver a "one team approach" for solving complex change across sectors including Local and Central Government, Transport, Finance, Defence and National Security.


Due to growth across our Capital Projects and Programmes Portfolio we are looking for an experienced Capital Programmes Consultant to support the delivery of a high-profile capital programme involving the sensitive remediation of a complex building asset.


As a Pigment Capital Programmes Consultant you will sit within a major transformation and remediation programme with significant public and stakeholder interest, playing a key role in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance, controls, and communications across a complex delivery environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a complex building remediation and redevelopment programme
  • Coordinate programme governance, controls, reporting, and risk management activities
  • Manage communications and engagement across a broad range of impacted stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior programme leadership, consultants, contractors, and client teams
  • Support programme planning, tracking, and assurance activities
  • Help drive effective decision-making and programme coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure governance standards and controls are maintained throughout the programme lifecycle


Required Experience

  • 5–10 years’ experience within Capital Programmes, infrastructure, construction, or major transformation environments
  • Experience supporting complex remediation, redevelopment, or construction-related programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with programme governance, controls, reporting, and risk management
  • Ability to operate effectively within sensitive and high-profile environments
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities


Desirable

  • Experience working within government, public sector, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with large-scale capital delivery frameworks and governance structures
  • Consulting experience or experience working within professional services environments
