About the role…
As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the client services team, managing day-to-day relationships and helping to deliver creative, integrated campaigns from brief through to execution.
What you’ll be doing…
- Managing the day-to-day running of client accounts
- Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns
- Working across a mix of digital, POS, shoots, brand activations, and influencer/event projects
- Helping shape campaign ideas and creative output
- Managing timelines, budgets, and project delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Building strong, lasting client relationships
- Supporting junior team members where needed
About you…
You’re a confident and organised Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You enjoy working across a variety of projects, building strong client relationships, and being part of campaigns that make an impact.
What we’re looking for…
- Experience in an Account Manager role within a creative or integrated agency
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
