Role Overview
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our commercial property solicitors by managing a variety of property-related transactions and legal documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient property deals, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.
- Prepare, review, and manage property documentation such as contracts, leases, and licenses.
- Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents, leases, and local searches.
- Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, and other legal professionals to facilitate transactions.
- Maintain accurate case files, manage deadlines, and update internal systems.
- Support in resolving property-related queries and issues.
- Keep abreast of property law developments and local market practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property or conveyancing is essential.
