Role Description

As our Accounts and Admin Assistant, you will support the day-to-day finance and general operations of this very fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from working in a fast-paced environment, with a right-first-time approach.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of accounting records in Xero
  • Transaction processing, payments and finance support
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactional finance processes
  • Bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end close process
  • Managing supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
  • Raising client invoices in a timely fashion
  • First-line credit control
  • Supporting the COO with office administrative tasks


About you

  • AAT part- or fully qualified
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive in resolving issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, commercial environment
  • A positive team player 
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
  • Confidence to liaise professionally with third parties
  • Experience working with Xero
  • Good numeracy and literacy: GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths is essential
