We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a true strategic partner to our Chief Operating Officer.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be trusted to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with confidence, and act as a key connector across teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the COO’s diary, inbox, travel, and competing priorities
- Supporting Executive Committee, Board, and leadership meetings
- Preparing presentations, briefings, and business communications
- Tracking actions and driving follow-through across teams
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
I’m looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a fast-paced corporate administrative/EA role
- Is highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Communicates confidently both verbally and in writing
- Has strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Has an interest in AI and using technology to improve ways of working
Experience within legal, insurance, or financial services environments would be advantageous.
