Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive – Temp to Perm
Location: City of London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: upto £60,000 + excellent benefits

As PA to the Chief Executive, you will provide high‑level administrative, organisational, and strategic support, including:
- Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CE’s time is prioritised effectively
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, briefings, and presentations
- Preparing documents, reports, agendas, and meeting packs
- Acting as a key liaison point between the CE and internal/external stakeholders
- Arranging international and domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Supporting with board meetings, governance processes, and follow‑up actions
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
- Providing wider support to leadership teams as needed
- Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and fast‑paced working culture
About You
You will be a polished, confident, and highly organised PA with:
- Proven experience supporting at senior leadership or executive level
- Exceptional communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong written‑documentation skills
- A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs ahead of time
- Interest in climate, sustainability, policy, or purpose‑driven work (advantageous)
