Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
We are partnering with a leading commercial advisory Real Estate firm looking to hire a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

Role Summary:
Supporting two senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedules and priorities. This is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing proactive and strategic thinking and support, coming up with new ideas to support the CEO and Executive team and implementing them
- Acting as an ambassador for the CEO and business within the team and externally in terms of work ethic, values, standards and support
- Ensuring all work is carried out with quality, high standard and timeliness, always maintaining confidentiality
- Structure own workload to meet expectations and deadlines
- Using initiative to support the CEO through proactive problem solving
- Researching and providing first draft of letters, communications materials, presentations and reports.
Experience and Skills:
- 6-10 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within Real Estate, Investment Management or Private Equity
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
