Director of Technology – ERP Transformation

We’re seeking a Director of Technology to lead the rollout of an ERP as part of a major transformation programme.

You’ll take ownership of a multi-site ERP implementation, leading an established IT team of 25 and working closely with third-party partners to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of an ERP across multiple sites
• Manage ERP implementation, development, and adoption
• Lead and develop the internal IT function
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and implementation partners
• Drive programme delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure alignment between ERP delivery and operational goals

Must have requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site ERP implementations
• Strong IT leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary tech teams (Developers, BA's, IT Support)
• Experience working with third-party ERP partners
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

• Circa £140,000 salary
