A high-profile restaurant opening in Soho this summer is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of the most anticipated launches in London’s hospitality scene. This is not a standard GM role. This is a flagship opening, with full ownership of the operation, team build, and guest experience from day one.
The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for delivering a standout opening in a highly competitive market, working closely with an experienced ownership group to build something genuinely special.
From pre-opening through to full operation, you will be instrumental in shaping the identity, culture, and performance of the business.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end launch of a new Soho restaurant
- Build and develop a high-performing front of house team
- Set and maintain exceptional service standards
- Drive commercial performance, revenue and cost control
- Create a strong, positive culture from day one
- Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business
The Profile
- Current General Manager or strong Senior Restaurant Manager ready to step up
- Background in quality, high-volume London restaurants
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
- Commercially astute with a hands-on leadership style
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Previous opening experience advantageous
