We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a leading construction organisation, supporting a large scale project in South Lanarkshire.
The Role:
As HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance across multiple construction sites. You will work closely with site teams to ensure safe working practices are embedded at every level.
- Support and advise site teams on all HSE matters
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
- Investigate incidents and support corrective actions
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across all projects
- Produce clear and accurate HSE documentation and reports
About You:
- Proven experience in an HSE role within construction or a similar industry
- Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Confident carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at site level
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required; IOSH membership desirable
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
