Responsibility

  • Respond to robot-related mechanical, electrical, and software service tickets; analyze issues, develop solutions for regional engineers, and follow up to ensure ticket closure
  • Provide technical empowerment and training to maintenance and implementation engineers on robot repair skills
  • Regularly summarize recurring issues and propose improvement suggestions for products, implementation processes, and service quality
  • Prepare and deliver reports and documentation required by the department or customers


Required capabilities, and skills

  • With valid UK work permit
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Computer Science or Mechatronics is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quick learner with strong independent problem-solving and analytical abilities; strong service mindset and hands-on capability
  • Responsible, with good communication skills and strong team collaboration awareness
  • Highly self-motivated and able to travel frequently
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs, other European language is a plus


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • With a UK driver's license
  • Based in Birmingham is preferred
