In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new relationships across London and the Home Counties, working closely with developers, investors, and residential agents. This is a highly consultative sales position, centred around networking, meeting clients, and building long-term partnerships within the residential property market.
You'll be representing a premium, design-led product, so the ability to engage, influence, and build trust is essential.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in business development, sales, or relationship management
- Experience within residential property, new homes, development, interiors, or a related sector
- An established network of developers, investors, agents, or similar contacts
- A polished, professional approach with strong communication skills
- Commercially astute, proactive, and highly motivated
- Basic salary of £45,000-£50,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £80,000+
- Top performers earning £150,000+
