We are partnered exclusively with a growing family office, who provide investment advice against a range of regulated products and services, with the search for an Operations Analyst to join them on what would initially be a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract, with a likelihood of becoming permanent given the business' expansion plans.


Responsibilities of the Operations Analyst:

  • Provide support to the Operations Manager when managing relationships with the firm’s Custodian Banks and Counterparties
  • Supporting with client onboarding, being the main point of contact with clients in obtaining all documentation for KYC/AML requirements
  • Ensuring responses to client queries are provided in a timely manner, are thorough and logged with internal tracking tools to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assume responsibility, alongside the Operations Manager, for the timely delivery of monthly portfolio statements and reports for all clients
  • Assisting the Relationship Managers with information needed for client meetings and produce client presentation packs on products and services offered by the business
  • Participate in the identification of process improvements, operational cost reductions or new revenue workstreams


Experience required of the Operations Analyst:

  • 2-3 years proven experience of working within a smaller operations environment would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with the firm's clients, team members and third parties
  • Basic understanding of Financial Products
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML client onboarding requirements
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office suite, but specifically within Excel
  • Bring a high attention to detail with a committed and enthusiastic approach to administrative tasks
