Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations in all HR practices
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately
- Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support
- Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives
- Support company culture initiatives and organise employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR roles, with good knowledge of UK employment laws and HR processes
- Bachelor’s degree or above (HR or related field preferred)
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus, depending on business needs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
Nice to Have:
- CIPD qualification or working towards it
- Experience in a multicultural or international working environment
