We are working with a leading global broadcast technology organisation to recruit a Broadcast Support Engineer to join their growing team.
This role sits within a specialist broadcast support function, providing 2nd line technical support across a range of broadcast environments including studios, IP networks, and satellite infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for broadcast equipment including cameras, routers, mixers, and production systems
- Support and maintain IP-based broadcast networks
- Carry out fault finding and preventative maintenance across broadcast and satellite systems
- Assist with installations and in-house broadcast projects
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of live broadcast services
Requirements:
- Background in broadcast engineering and networking
- Understanding of IP technologies and communication systems (satellite and terrestrial)
- Experience fault finding on broadcast systems
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent)
