The key responsibilities for the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement role will include:

  • Lead and manage communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee internal communication channels, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.

  • Proven experience in internal communications lead role. Either as a Head of internal communications, or 'senior' Communications Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of communication strategies and engagement frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity and organisational values.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between £60,000 and £65,000 per annum.
