Responsibilities and Essential Requirements:
- Carry out various lift repairs including but not limited to ropes changes, hydraulic upgrades, machine changes, lighting upgrades etc
- Some travel will be required
- Keep the office up to date with information / data necessary to fulfil role
- Carry out customer site visits as directed and in accordance with the workload.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ time-served within the lift industry
- Desire to engage with client, to improve customer experience and build trust
- Keen knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- NVQ level 3 Lift Servicing & Repair, LEIA modules or equivalent desirable/working towards.
- Working knowledge of current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations would also be desirable
