  • Bristol / Hybrid
  • 60-80% role (flexible / negotiable)
  • Starting anytime

I’m looking for a highly organised, visually strong and creatively ambitious person to support a broad mix of design, hospitality, storytelling and creative direction projects.

The role is varied and combines:

  • project coordination and organisation
  • general day-to-day creative and project support
  • collaboration with external creatives, editors and consultants
  • FF&E sourcing and visual research
  • presentations and guest-facing materials
  • graphic design and visual layouts
  • photo/video production support
  • Adobe Creative Suite workflows

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, visual communication and layout are important. Photography/video experience or understanding is also highly valuable.

This is fundamentally a design-led role rather than a marketing role. I’m looking for someone with strong visual judgement, good taste and attention to detail, but who can also think in a structured, organised and business-minded way.

Flexibility and adaptability are very important. The role moves between creative, organisational and practical tasks depending on the stage of projects and what is needed day-to-day.

The role is collaborative and people-facing, so good communication skills and a sociable, proactive personality are important. This is not a shut-yourself-away-at-a-desk type role, you should be comfortable speaking with consultants, suppliers, collaborators and clients, while helping keep projects moving. Knowledge of interior or architectural design is a strong bonus.

Driving licence preferred. Some travel across the South West and occasional London meetings/shoots will likely be involved.

The position is intended as an ongoing long-term role, but would begin with an initial 3-month trial period to make sure it feels right for both sides.

Central Bristol studio location (onsite 2-3 days per week)

Please submit a short introduction, CV/portfolio and examples of work.
