We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our Liverpool city centre office at 56 Tithebarn Street.
Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role. You will be the first point of contact for clients and callers, and a key part of keeping the firm running smoothly day to day. Responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming and outgoing post, maintaining files and records, preparing documents, supporting fee earners with administrative tasks, and assisting with the general upkeep of the office. This is a busy, varied role in a professional legal environment and suits someone who is organised, personable, and takes pride in doing things properly.
What We Are Looking For
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality in a professional setting
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential
