Residential Conveyancer

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide)

A conveyancing role with real support — and a proper work/life balance.

If you’re an experienced residential conveyancer looking to move away from high-volume, target-heavy environments, this could be a great fit. This forward-thinking, award-winning firm is reshaping the way conveyancing is delivered — prioritising structure, efficiency, and quality over quantity.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

This isn’t a “stack it high” caseload. You’ll handle a manageable number of files, giving you the space to focus on doing things properly.

  • No shared ownership or new build transactions
  • Largely freehold work (with some leasehold matters)
  • Straightforward, consistent caseload

Technology & Support

You’ll be backed by modern systems and a strong support network designed to make your role smoother:

  • Tailored case management system
  • Clear, streamlined workflows
  • Dedicated admin teams to support you

This setup has contributed to consistently strong client feedback and a solid reputation in the market.

The Role

  • Run your own caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Emphasis on quality over volume
  • Fully remote position with ongoing support

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing files independently from start to finish
  • Organised, client-focused approach
  • Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, and experienced fee earners

What’s in It for You

  • £35,000 – £60,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • Fully remote working setup
  • Genuine work/life balance
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Benefits package including pension, private medical & dental cover, employee ownership scheme, and full home office setup
