We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Component Inspector to join a busy aerospace workshop environment. This is a hands-on role involving the inspection of aircraft components, identifying defects, and determining appropriate repair actions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect aircraft components for wear, damage, and serviceability
  • Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and callipers
  • Follow manufacturer manuals (e.g. OEM/CMM) to assess component condition
  • Record inspection findings and part details accurately in SAP
  • Create and update repair routes based on inspection results
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping


Requirements

  • Previous experience in aerospace, aviation, or a similar mechanical inspection environment
  • Strong understanding of inspection techniques and measuring equipment
  • Ability to read and follow technical manuals
  • Experience using SAP or similar systems is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and team-oriented approach


Working Hours

  • Alternating shifts:
  • Early Week: 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • Late Shift: 1:55pm – 9:55pm
