Job Description We are looking for someone with strong operational experience in food service or hospitality, who can confidently coach teams, collaborate with operational and culinary stakeholders, and ensure high standards of safety, compliance and service excellence. This is a hands-on, mobile role requiring regular travel across the UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, practical training in areas such as food safety, culinary skills, service standards and operational excellence. Support the creation of learning content including eLearning, toolkits, guides, videos and classroom materials. Conduct learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps at site and managerial levels. Provide hands-on coaching to colleagues and managers in real operational environments. Ensure all training aligns with food safety legislation, internal policies, brand standards and audit requirements. Travel regularly across UK&I sites in line with operational priorities. Collaborate closely with culinary leads, Operations, P&C and site managers to deliver effective learning solutions. Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement of learning programmes and frameworks. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience in food service, hospitality, catering or a culinary environment. Proven experience delivering training and coaching in an operational setting. Experience developing training content or contributing to L&D programmes. Strong understanding of food safety (Level 3 qualification desirable). Experience in multi-site or mobile roles is advantageous. Exposure to large contract catering, facilities or retail environments. Training-related qualification desirable but not essential.
