We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and develop a small team of junior recruiters whilst continuing to bill and grow your own desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from either a blue collar or white collar construction recruitment background who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and being part of a business with genuine growth plans and earning potential.

The role:

  • Managing, mentoring and developing a small team of recruiters
  • Running and growing your own billing desk
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Leading by example in business development activity
  • Supporting the growth and performance of the wider team
  • Working within a warm, well-established market with strong brand presence


What they’re looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience within construction, industrial or a similar fast-paced sector
  • Experience managing or mentoring recruiters is highly desirable
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Confident, charismatic and commercially driven personality
  • Someone ambitious who enjoys being out meeting clients and developing business
  • Motivated by progression, success and strong earning potential
