EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO | GLOBAL ORGANISATION | CENTRAL LONDON HQ | £80,000–£90,000
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation with an international footprint and a workforce of 60,000+ employees worldwide. This is a highly visible, fast-paced environment operating at significant scale and complexity, requiring an Executive Assistant who can operate strategically and execute flawlessly at the very top of the business.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as the trusted right hand to a CEO within a FTSE100 environment. This is far beyond traditional diary management and requires an EA who understands the pace, sensitivity and strategic importance of operating at board and executive committee level.
With previous EA to CEO experience, you will be a true extension of the CEO, creating leverage, protecting time, managing priorities and ensuring seamless execution across an exceptionally demanding schedule.
The successful individual will understand governance structures, board dynamics and the differing priorities across committees and senior stakeholders. A natural ability to navigate complexity, influence at senior level and execute with precision will be essential.
The role is based in Central London with an expectation of five days in the office, alongside flexibility when the CEO is travelling.
You will sit at the centre of a global organisation, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. Key elements include:
- Heavy and exceptionally complex international diary arrangement across multiple time zones
- Acting as a highly trusted gatekeeper, protecting the CEO’s time and focus
- Supporting board-level activity with an understanding of governance and committee structures
- Operating confidently with senior global stakeholders across multiple regions
- Creating structure, momentum and follow-through across strategic priorities
- Representing the CEO and organisation with professionalism, judgement and gravitas
- This role requires an EA who thrives in complexity, understands stakeholder nuance and enjoys operating as a genuine strategic business partner.
THE SUCCESSFUL EA WILL DEMONSTRATE
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO or C-suite leadership within a FTSE100 or similarly complex global organisation
- Strong board-level exposure, including governance and committee understanding
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to operate at senior executive level
- Proven experience managing heavy, highly complex international diaries and global logistics
- The ability to remain calm, solutions-focused and commercially aware within a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, highly discreet and emotionally intelligent approach to gatekeeping and partnership
PACKAGE & REWARD
This opportunity offers a salary of £80,000–£90,000 alongside a highly competitive benefits package.
