Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Overview

We are working on behalf of a leading international professional services firm to recruit a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced, collaborative recruitment team supporting high-volume and specialist hiring activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual setup
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding paperwork
  • Support with job postings across various platforms
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
  • Ensure a high standard of candidate experience at all stages


Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
