Central London | Mixed Commercial Portfolio

A privately owned family office with a long‑term, hands‑on approach to real estate investment is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets across London and the South East. A salary of up to £85,000 is on offer depending on experience.

The Role

• Lead the strategic and day‑to‑day asset management of a mixed commercial portfolio.
• Drive income and capital growth through proactive leasing, tenant engagement, and value‑add initiatives.
• Oversee lease events, rent reviews, renewals, and re-gears, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.
• Identify and deliver refurbishment, repositioning, and development opportunities.
• Manage external agents, consultants, and professional teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor asset performance, prepare business plans, and report directly to the principals.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across all assets.

About You

• Proven experience managing commercial assets — ideally across retail, office, and industrial.
• Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to negotiate and drive performance.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a small, high-trust environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong tenant and agent relationships.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to produce clear asset strategies and reporting.
• RICS qualification beneficial but not essential.
