Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing

You will support the commercial team across a range of Brighton-based projects, gaining exposure to varied and challenging schemes.

  • Supporting cost management, valuations, and variation accounts
  • Assisting with subcontract procurement and commercial administration
  • Managing subcontractor payments and applications
  • Supporting CVRs, forecasting, and reporting
  • Working closely with site teams and project managers
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

  • Relevant construction or QS qualification (preferred)
