Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the commercial team across a range of Brighton-based projects, gaining exposure to varied and challenging schemes.
- Supporting cost management, valuations, and variation accounts
- Assisting with subcontract procurement and commercial administration
- Managing subcontractor payments and applications
- Supporting CVRs, forecasting, and reporting
- Working closely with site teams and project managers
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

- Around 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within a main contractor

- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Good understanding of commercial processes and subcontract management
- Relevant construction or QS qualification (preferred)
