About the role…
As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll take ownership of the full digital function, leading from the front in a hands-on capacity while also providing direction and leadership across the team. This role is heavily focused on performance, data and commercial impact, and would suit someone who enjoys being in the detail while also driving strategy and growth.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Owning and driving the full digital marketing strategy across all channels
- Leading on performance marketing, with a focus on revenue growth and ROI
- Analysing data and running A/B testing to optimise performance
- Managing and optimising paid media spend across key platforms
- Leading meetings, reporting on performance and driving commercial decisions
About you
This role would suit someone who is highly commercial, data-driven and confident owning digital performance within a fast-moving ecommerce environment. You’ll be hands-on, comfortable leading from the front and enjoy using data to inform decisions and drive growth.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role within ecommerce or retail
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media channels
- Highly analytical, confident working with data and driving decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation
- Knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them within marketing
