Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and Health & Safety standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a multi‑skilled production team
  • Deliver shift KPIs through effective planning and resource allocation
  • Work closely with Technical, NPD, Goods In/Out and Transport teams

About You

  • 3–5 years’ supervisory/management experience in FMCG food manufacturing
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing experience (CI, waste reduction, efficiency)
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC/SALA or equivalent
  • Confident people manager with a hands‑on approach
  • Organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
