About the Client
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading providers of perimeter security solutions, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of advanced security fencing systems nationwide.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Oversee both directly employed staff and external subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to drive project success
- Manage projects ranging from small-scale (£5k) to large-scale (£1M+)
- Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines
- Handle estimating and manage variations effectively
- Maintain strong commercial oversight and accurate forecasting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Contracts Management experience, ideally within the fencing industry
- Background in construction
- Knowledge of security fencing/gates ()
- CSCS/SMSTS certifications are advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and project management expertise
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities
