Great customer service is at the heart of everything that they do and you must share this passion. Communication skills are key for this role, as you must efficiently liaise with customers, and with the Account Management department to relay the fine details to production staff. The successful candidate must take initiative, be a confident decisionmaker, and take an accurate and methodological approach to all projects in hand. This Print Production Manager role requires someone who can show excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise work in order to plan effectively while taking financial implications into consideration. Our client operates in an extremely fast paced, dynamic environment where the timely meeting of deadlines is critical. We are looking for someone who is proactive, positive, enthusiastic – demonstrating a “can do” attitude. You must lead by example with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and the Account Management department to relay fine details to production staff.
- Take initiative and act as a confident decisionmaker with an accurate and methodological approach to all projects.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to plan effectively.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic.
- Be proactive, positive, and enthusiastic in your approach to work.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in production of Corporate Documentation and Annual Reports from a typesetting, print, dealing with Registrars and mailing background.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
Working Hours
10pm-6am Monday to Friday
