Location: Northampton, NN4 7RG (Hybrid – 2 days in office: Tuesday & Thursday)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am – 5:30pm (some flexibility available)

About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Candidate Marketing Lead, supporting one of our largest and most high-profile clients, Royal Mail. This is a newly created role, supporting both business as usual hiring and seasonal peak campaigns, including Christmas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys ownership, variety and building something from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in growing the Royal Mail brand nationally and ensuring we have a strong, engaged pipeline of candidates ready to work.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead candidate attraction marketing for Royal Mail campaigns
  • Build and promote the Royal Mail brand across multiple channels
  • Own candidate engagement and B2C communications to develop a ready‑to‑work talent pool
  • Work closely with Product, Content and Candidate Attraction teams
  • Analyse campaign performance, insights, and conversion data to continuously improve results

About you

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a B2C or high-volume environment
  • Confident delivering campaigns end‑to‑end and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimisation
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Recruitment or employer brand experience is helpful, but not essential
